What should I do if a receipt or invoice contains an error?

Compare the document with the relevant purchase confirmation first. Explain any relevant deadline without claiming a guaranteed correction time.

How should I interpret words such as up to, from, or optional in an offer?

A feature described as optional should not be assumed to be included automatically. Ask for a concrete example if the qualifier does not make the practical meaning clear.

What should I clarify if I need more time to decide on an offer?

Do not assume requesting more time creates an extension. Explain the specific unanswered question affecting your decision if helpful.
